An Gyeon painted someone else's dream and accidentally created Korea's most famous painting

Prince Anpyeong had a dream about a peach blossom paradise — like a surreal utopia hidden in the mountains. He described it to court painter An Gyeon, and An Gyeon went and painted it IN THREE DAYS. The result was 'Dream Journey to the Peach Blossom Land,' one of the most important paintings in Korean art history. Imagine someone telling you about their weird dream and you just casually create a national treasure from it. The painting survived wars, colonial looting, and ended up in Japan where it still is today. Korea's been trying to get it back for decades. An Gyeon really said 'I'll just paint your dream real quick' and it became immortal.
