Gwanggaeto was literally just a teenager when he started conquering everything

Became king at 18 and immediately chose violence. While most teenagers were figuring out life, this guy was redrawing the entire map of Northeast Asia. By the time he died at 39, Goguryeo stretched from Manchuria to central Korea — the largest territory any Korean kingdom would ever control. And the wildest part? We know all this because his son built a 6-meter stone monument just to flex his dad's accomplishments. The Gwanggaeto Stele is still standing in Manchuria today. Imagine your kid loving you so much they carve a 1,800-character resume into a giant rock. That's legacy.
